Details
A user only needs to be online for the log-in. After that, all data is synchronized and now also available offline. Delivery notes featuring barcodes can be scanned and identified immediately. This applies to both incoming and outgoing deliveries. The individual items on each delivery note are displayed with the respective quantities. The EAN of each product will be scanned and automatically pre-picked. Once the delivery note is complete, you will receive a visual signal and the status will be changed to delivered. If an incorrect product has been scanned, you will also receive a visual signal. It is of course also possible to confirm an incomplete delivery note and thus to initiate a partial delivery.
If required, serial numbers can be recognized or de-recognized together with the product delivery during the entire process. For incoming deliveries, each new product and its corresponding barcode will be registered, as long as it is not yet listed in the inventory master. The same applies to the serial number management.
If you are working with serial numbers, they may be scanned and registered already during the booking process. Overbooking will give a visual signal. The scanner has to be online again when you are logging out, otherwise it is not possible to synchronize bookings and changes in inventory.
The display is designed to match the size of a touch-screen, providing a functional, mobile and user-friendly solution.
