E-commerce continues to grow and prosper, and new online shops keep cropping up year after year. Needless to say, the number of return shipments keeps growing as well. Online fashion store Zalando once used the popular slogan “scream for joy, or send it back“ in their advertisements. In the meantime, the second part of this slogan has disappeared, most likely because too many have taken it too literally.
